Depends on what you are looking for?

Cabbage Beach is usually a bit rough and sometimes red flagged, but can be fun for experienced swimmers. No amenities, no restrooms, many vendors selling hair braiding, t shirts, and coconut drinks etc.

Cable Beach has an area that is free, but the free beaches are no maintained and have no amenities.

Saunders Beach is free, but it's on the side of a main road. Has no amenities, but there is a restrooms and a gas station across the street for snacks.

Junkanoo Beach is walkable from the cruise ships and have chairs and umbrellas for rent, tiki bars and food for sale, and restrooms. It can get crowded when the ships are in. There's lots of information on these boards on each of these.
