I am sorely missing the live music onboard the eden, the live jazz in the blue room, panio cocktail bar and resident band are amazing.i was on the voyager of the seas a month ago and the mass market canned music is no comparision to the eden.also the cool-hip cocktail bar music played all day, night long at the adult only pool deck is way chilled out.and even the food was better each time I sailed on board. even had new carpet layed in my balcony room.

going to be a great loss to cruisers .but I,m sure we all will feel her loss, now that we know,,,,,you take paradise, and put up a parking lot(ovation of the seas)

Not keen on last cruises, but that price isn't too bad.

We loved Eden for the small ship experience and are booked for August this year out of Cairns. Last cruises often ring alarm bells for me too. You sometimes question if the ship has been allowed to run down and wonder about the attitude of the crew knowing that the ship is on its last voyage under P&O. Having said that the itinerary is interesting and should fill fast at those prices.

Yes, that is the problem, you get tempted due to the itinerary and price and then hope you will get all the usual experiences despite being a last cruise. Fortunately (or unfortunately for them), I have read too many stories about people's experiences to sway me.
