Gift card / voucher for a niece who is getting married.

I live in the USA and my niece, who lives in the UK, is getting married next month. I would like to purchase a gift card (voucher) that she and her husband can use for a cruise.

I did already contact Norwegian Cruise Lines about the gift card that Norwegian sells but the representative told me that it was all done through a third party and she didn't seem to know much about it.

Does anyone on these boards have any advice? Anyone with experience of this question? Any recommendations?

Thank you,

Simon
