You undertook to get the misleading description re baths changed.

I note the new description is as follows

• Marble master bath with shower. Journey and Quest suites feature a tub.
  

This still seems misleading as it still implies that there is a "bath" as opposed to a marble BATHROOM.

As an aside I am not sure when/if you intend to advise those of us that have booked these that you have changed the layout.

There are regulations regarding misleading advertising in UK and I am sure hat this may indeed be "bait and switch" as you could never deliver what was advertised

I do not think the OP correctly understands terminology as what is described is not bait and switch. Whilst the wording may be incorrect, I think as the substance would most likely be considered equivalent- and I suggest look closely at the cruise contract- so no action would be answerable.

To the OP, you know the score now on Pursuits so either you have to accept the arrangement or change to a spa suite or club continental both of which are perfectly great room types.

Or are you trying to bait some compo?

As you probably guessed "bait and switch" was tongue in cheek although Americans have sued for less.

Nevertheless it cannot be right that they have mislead customers for 6 months and not done anything about it.

I think it's time to drop this tempest in a teapot.

When Azamara manage to have their advertising material reflect reality would be a good time do you not think?

We are lucky enough to have used these suites many times but if you had booked this as a first timer for a special cruise you might be less than sanguine about the misrepresentation.

We are listening to you. We've just updated the wording on the Club World Owners Suite and Club Ocean Suite pages. The wording now says: “Marble master bathroom with shower. Journey and Quest suites feature a tub.”
