Embarking & Disembarking Question for Magic out of Miami

I booked transfers from our hotel to the Port of Miami and from the Port back to MIA airport after our cruise in the Magic this upcoming December.

I need to let the transportation company know what time to pick us up to take us to the port and what time to pick us up after the cruise to take us the airport.

We are concierge level and are hotel is about 1.5 miles from the Port and are flight from MIA leaves at 2:30.

Do we want to board the ship as early as possible? If so, what time would that be?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Everyone is asked to be off the ship at 9, although concierge guests can be in their cabin till then. Allow about 30 minutes to clear Customs. So for your return to the airport about 9:30 should work well. I'm guessing that you have no need to be off early. Another good choice is an Uber (or Uber XL if you have a lot of luggage.

Does your hotel provide transportation to the cruise terminal "complimentary?" Many do; it might be worth checking.

It is only about 8 miles from the airport to the cruise terminal. I'd compare costs.
