DavidA23 Posted July 17, 2018 #27 Share Posted July 17, 2018 Thanks, Ernest. Thoroughly enjoyed your review and found it very helpful. I agree with you on Key West. We live in Florida and have been to KW on several occasions. Sloppy Joes and the like are fun, but overall it is over-hyped and way over-priced. On the other hand, I have friends who love Key West and spend a week or more there every year. Different strokes. Dave
Rare lazydayz Posted July 17, 2018 #28 Share Posted July 17, 2018 I find it hard to believe that you compared Key West to Nassau . You really need to explore Key West . It is a beautiful town . And if you look hard enough, you can find beauty in Nassau as well.
crimsonbird Posted July 18, 2018 #29 Share Posted July 18, 2018 Are there any places near the port to buy magnets and small stuff? We're thinking of taking a tour that has no shopping in the itinerary, but want to buy some trinkets.
danv3 Posted July 18, 2018 #30 Share Posted July 18, 2018 Are there any places near the port to buy magnets and small stuff? We're thinking of taking a tour that has no shopping in the itinerary, but want to buy some trinkets. There are a few small shops right off the Plaza de San Francisco which is just off the ship. Selection is limited.
