Pearl Harbor Bag Restrictions, etc Questions

The NPS site for Pearl Harbor says that you can bring clear plastic bags like those you are allowed to take into stadiums.

 

Has anyone done this? Is there a size limitation? Ebags has a nice clear backpack that I could use for other days as well.

 

Females (or males who don't like wallets in their pockets), what do you do with your money and ID? Do you leave it visible for everyone to see what you have?

 

Although the web site doesn't say anything, a picture of a sign entering the park says "No large cameras". My hubby has a DSLR with a nice size lens, but not one of the super massive things. Has anyone taken a DSLR?
