parkbr Posted September 25, 2017 #1 Share Posted September 25, 2017 Hi, I am Canadian and will be flying to FLL for my cruise. My departure city is Buffalo. We will be driving down to BUF. I wonder if I can book with one airline (Jet Blue) from BUF to FLL and another airline (SouthWest) from FLL to BUF. I know this is allowed within Canada and I believe it also should be in US, but want to check with some of you who have done this. I just saw cheaper flight on JetBlue a day before my cruise, even with luggage fees.I know SouthWest has 2 free bags and free change, but I think we only need one 26'' suitcase and 3 carry-on's for 3 of us. (2 adults and 1 pre-schooler who is toilet trained). - we travel a lot and normally pack light. FYI, my parents are also coming with us, and they will also have 1 suitcase and 2 carry-on's. Rare Hlitner Posted September 25, 2017 #4 Share Posted September 25, 2017 You are fine. Both JetBlue and Southwest price everything based on one-way fares so there is no price advantage over doing round trip. Simply go on each of their web sites and book.
