Tell me about casino vip cruises

Recommended Posts

The only "Perk" that you are likely to see is a casino VIP sticker on your Sea Pass, which gets you free beverages while in the casino and the 5% fee is waived when drawing $$ from your Sea Pass.

Based on your play DURING the cruise, you may see a perk delivered from the casino to your stateroom, in the past I've received red/while white, bottles of prosecco, chocolate covered strawberries, fruit trays etc!

On a side note, I briefly remember seeing a sign on the non smoking side of the casino on the Allure that guest receive free drinks while actively gaming (regardless of sticker on sea pass). I do recall that was during the evenings when table mins were at least $25, but that could have just been my imagination!

Good Luck and win lots on your cruise!

I have two more questions:

1- When we go to our staterooms and our sail and sign passes are at the stateroom, is the VIP sticker attached or does my other half have to go to the casino host or casino cage to get one? Would they bother giving him one if he had the ultimate drink package?

2- Is it possible a person that plays slots who only spends $1.50 per hit, but plays 6-8 hours total each day, could they qualify for a comp cruise?

1. I've had the VIP sticker attached to my Sea Pass and I've had the host come over to my table and attach it when I sat down for my first session, I've also hear that people need to go talk to the host to get a sticker. The main benefit of the sticker is the waiving of the 5% fee when getting cash off your sea pass via the cage or the pit boss. Since he has a drink package then the only benefit is the 5% being waived since he is entitled to the drinks from the package.

2. Yes, it's absolutely possible for someone who bets $1.50 (and even lower) to get a free cruise. Its solely based on total points, I believe thye start at 2400 points for an inside room. In slots I believe it takes $5 to get a point, someone who is betting $5 a spin will get a point every spin, and someone who bets a dollar per spin needs to take 5 spins to get a point. Obviously the person who bets $5 a spin will accumulate Casino Royale points faster, but they all equate to the same thing at the end of the cruise...total points!

Hope that helps!

Cheers!

1. I've had it both ways. On my last cruise, it was on my seapass card when it was issued but have had to see the casino host in the past. Casino cage won't have them. He'll get the sticker no matter what.

2. Absolutely possible.

We've got to meet on our cruise since we've talked so much before. I'll be at the Ultimate Texas Holdem table every day💸💸💸💸

When was your Allure cruise? I’ve never seen higher than $10 minimum on Table games on any Royal ship. Been on Allure and Oasis and this year. I even have seen $5 min on many Table games.

Sellwingri- If you don't mind what is your name, hate to go up to the table and say Sellwingri...don't think that is your first name but I not sure? My name is Lynda.

Its possible that I can get a comp cruise playing $1.50 but all those hours!!! ;p:o:eek::D

Milwaukee Eight- Now that you mentioned it, we did get the fruit and strawberries, I think cookies also, and that wasn't a comp cruise either, that was in May on the Harmony. ;)

Honestly, its nice for him to have the sticker but I want it lol lol....we both will have the ultimate beverage package anyways, but I want the sticker lol.

Thanks for the luck, maybe you bring me a comp cruise with that luck, it be the first time I ever won anything in my life (materialistic thing as I won my honey), I am 54 going on 55 and how much longer do I have to wait. :')

Hello Lynda

Yes, it’s possible to get a comp cruise on $1.50 a spin for 6-8 hours a day. Just depends how fast you can hit the spin button.

Love the goodies in the room. Often I come in late from the Casino and lift the cover on the plate and it’s empty. Lol. Someone else likes the goodies too.

Ask the Casino Host to grade your play. He/She May give you a sticker.

Sellwingri- Hi, I don't think we will make the M & G because I kind of stay up late in the evenings, ok, I am older not like I used to which used to be around 2-3am but still past 1am lol....I get up around 8:30 and about time we shower and dress we go for breakfast around 9:30-10, I had the understanding the M & G is at 9:30 am, not sure which day maybe somebody let me know just in case we will be able to make it.

Unfortunately can't do the Fishlips we won't be leaving home until 3pm and its a two hour drive for us, unless I get him to leave earlier hummmmm lol

Milwaukee Eight- LOL The goodie burglar hugh. :')

I never asked the casino host to grade me, perhaps this is the cruise to start, I think so actually...by the way, my name is Lynda....Lynda and Ron.

Allure cruise was September 3rd, There were 3 (maybe 4) BJ tables on the non-smoking side. The sit-down/accessible table was $15 mins during the day and depending o the crowd would be set to $25 at night. Then there was the single deck (with terrible rules), and 8 deck game that were $25 mins. Not sure about the table at the very end of the pit, never made it to that one, lol...maybe that was a $10 min.

For the record, I saw a lot of $10 min tables on the smoking side all week (10 days).

Ok thanks. I guess if it is really busy, they will raise the limits. I have heard of $25 min but just haven’t seen it.

Thanks! My husband (the only one who plays in the casino) already has the drink package. And he better not take more out based on the cash he’s bringing [emoji12]. I’d gladly take advantage of any wine / chocolate strawberries etc. haha. Makes me wonder about our last cruise, I ordered room service and it came w free chocolate covered strawberries. Didn’t say where they were from, I assumed the kitchen just had extra? Maybe they came from the casino? Or is there a note normally?

When I have received items from the casino they were clearly labeled as such....we thanked the host each time, and they acknowledged, so most likely they are the driving force behind the delivery treats.

  • 3 weeks later...
Email from Club Royale. I used my phone to take a picture of the offer.

OK Thanks...I don't get an email from them, weird. Either they don't have any offers for me., or my email isn't set up correctly.

Oddly enough, I was on an upgrade waiting list for a suite for my upcoming FEB cruise, and when I called the check status they said that they emailed me because an upgrade did become available, but I never received anything! Got the requested upgrade anyway, but weird that I never got the email!

I have received the same type of offer that Milwaukee Eight just posted via a snail mail from Casino Royale recently. We booked one of the options for a 7 Day Cruise in a Junior Suite on Oasis for taxes and port fees in February 2018.

We only book now through Casino Royale as the savings are considerable.

Another possibility.....Maybe they don't do the email/snail mail offers to Canadians?
