We will be taking a TA from Rome to San Juan this November. We will be flying out of Newark and returning to Newark. We were wondering where the best place to park our car while we are gone.

Thanks in advance

What exactly are you looking for? Cheap cheap cheap parking? Garage parking? Other considerations?

For off airport garage parking folks like Snap Parking. I prefer hotel parking over remote lot parking because of the ongoing hotel activity.

Let's see what kind of responses you get. Most cruisers who drive are either parking at Cape Liberty or doing a park/sleep or park sleep cruise at a hotel. You're doing a repo cruise, so your logistics are different.

Try the Parking Spot. We have used them in the past.I believe they are on Haynes Ave. They are very reasonably priced and have a shuttle to/from the airport. You can make a reservation online and there are usually discount codes too.

We used The Parking Spot last time we flew out of Newark. There are three locations and I'm not sure which one we used (I'll check, if you want). It was a holiday, so I took whatever was available. I plan to use them on my next trip. We left the car at their lot (they parked it) and it was a short drive to the airport. They took us right to the terminal, not the Airtrain. Coming back, we telephoned from baggage claim. Have your ticket stub handy because they need the reservation/confirmation/stub number. While someone comes to pick you up (at the terminal) someone else gets your car. So when you arrive back at their lot, your car is waiting for you. They have coffee and water, and we were very pleased with the service.

Just looking for decent and safe parking for the 17 days that we are gone. We will not be staying at a hotel, so that won't be an option.

Hotels are always an option. Many of them sell just parking. However, the Parking Spot apparently will drop you off at the terminal, not the Airtrain, which is a huge plus.
