Question for URCOMPED or MSC VIP casino cruisers

I know that on both the URCOMPED and the free MSC VIP casino offers it states "drinks while in casino are free". My question is if the free room was booked as a Fantastica room do you still get the 12 pp drink vouchers?

My last VIP cruise in April we were booked Fantastica and received the drink vouchers. If you are "upgraded" to a Fantastica room you will not receive the experience. We are sailing VIP casino again in Nov and again have the Fantastica experience with vouchers. Urcomped cruise was my first MSC cruise but won't be my last. #4 is in Nov and its my new favorite cruise line. When will you be sailing?

My girlfriend doesn't drink alcohol at all. I like my beer.

I don't want to have to purchase the alcohol beverage package for both of us.

RCCL allows her to purchase the "Non-alcohol" deluxe package due to the fact that she is a recovering alcoholic of 25 years.

I take it from what I am reading that the November 8th is a VIP casino cruise? How does that affect others who just like to gamble occasionally?

The casino is never open when the ships are in port (only exception that I know of is Cuban ports). The ships need to be at least half an hour out from ports before the casino opens. The casino bar is only open when the casino is.

No, mine is at the end of November. We received the MSC invite on 8/3 and couldn't call quick enough! Received invite and booked all within less than 2 hours. Needless to say it didn't take much thought or convincing!
