My Silversea info, please help!

i have booked and paid in full for my forthcoming Silver Spirit Cruise in November.

I have tried to log into this cruise on the ‘My Silversea’ page of the Silversea website but for some unknown reason it is not showing my cruise.

How long before a cruise does it normally take to show up on their site?

Good morning, the cruise should definitely be there. A cruise that is 3 months away? Everything should be on line. I would contact SS if you can't log on to it.

My January 2020 cruise is on my page, as well as my August 2019 cruise, so I agree it's pretty immediate. You should definitely contact them.

As noted by previous posters it should show up. My one suggestion is to try logging in directly to the site rather than through Silversea website. Use this if you have not already tried:
