Haven Amenities List?

Does anyone know where to get a list of the amenities that Haven cabins have.

We want to see a detailed list if there is such a thing for the Getaway we are booked on.

For example

I was looking for binoculars and couldn't find that NCL provides them.

We were in the Haven on the NCL Bliss for the June 9th cruise. There are no binoculars. I did not see anything special in our room that others did not have. We got shampoo and conditioner, body lotion, a shower cap, shower loofah, some bath salts, a hairdryer, cotton swabs and q-tips in a container. Then of course the coffee maker with the mini coffees. There was a mini bar, but that was not included, and we never touched it. Two pool towels.

The room only had 1 outlet, so we had to ask for a power strip. No outlets in the bathroom at all, but we managed. Hairdryer was hard wired in the main part of the room by the makeup mirror. That was also were the only outlet was.

Hidden on the tub is a jar of bath salts.

In the room, you get one bottle of water and one bottle of sparkling wine (all rooms less than owners suites) and a VOIP phone that you can use all over the ship.

Not much more.

On the Escape and Epic they had a shaver outlet so would expect the same for Getaway.

The toileries in the Haven are Bulgari so not the same as non-Haven cabins.

Incorrect. There is a shaver outlet in bathrooms. Mostly up high to avoid electrocution. On -away class ships it is up here.

Mostly correct. We had Bvlgari in our spa mini suite on the Bliss. And have had it in non-suites before.

INCORRECT! I said nothing about outlets. In post #7 I replied about binoculars.

Additionally, as I think Bird said in her amazing review of the Bliss, there is also a USB port on bedside lamp. An awesome improvement !

That is incorrect. There are at least 3, probably 5, in each Haven category stateroom. There is a shaver outlet in the bath up above the sink, at least 1 outlet at the makeup station and 1 at the ‘desk’ area. There are others as well though they may not be where you wish them. That is why I bring either a multi outlet prong or an extension cord.

I am sure that it depends on your ship, but we did a Forward-facing Haven Penthouse on the Getaway, and the Deluxe Owners Suite on the Escape and had numerous outlets in each part of the cabins. No binoculars, but you definitely do not need to worry about outlets on those ships at least.

Were you in an OS or DOS?

Last we knew, the Haven suites below OS level did not get these beverages (or at least, did not get them as a perk; presumably anyone could pay for them, etc.).

(I think that GV gets 6 bottles of booze, not just 3.)

I have quite a few pictures of the 2 bedroom suite in this trip report. https://gotravellife.com/2018/01/03/about-us/. I used the makeup table (blow dryer provided) in the bedroom (and picture included), hubby shaved in bathroom so there was an outlet. Enjoy your trip- getaway is our favorite.

In the Haven on Getaway last fall and no binoculars. However, our butler was so amazing, that if we had asked for them, I am sure we would have received a pair. He was always there with a treat, an umbrella, a bucket of beer. I think he enjoyed our private sail away parties as much as we did!

On the older ships they had binoculars in many of the top suite categories as well as laptops. On the newer ships, no.

Also, that booze list, the one only upgrade I can see over the recent years, has been improved to better selections. So instead of Seagrams 7 it is now Crown Royal - Smirnoff now Ketel One. Years ago they downgraded the booze selection twice to what is shown in that list and recently they upgraded it.

The alcohol is only for owners suites and above. For example, on the new Bliss there are only 2 owners suites out of the 80 Haven staterooms.

Suites and the Haven have a portable phone you can carry around if required. At least in the ones we have been in.

Bliss has two DOS and no OS but the room would get the three bottles from the revised list.
