Mardi Gras

I am going to be on the april2019 celebrity cruise to new Orleans and would love to participate with others to have a catered balcony overlooking the parade

I was on this site but for x reason all communications have gone from my computer

There will be 6 of us

Any help would be appreciated

I don't know of a balcony rental on the parade routes. Most of the balconies that tourists rent for Mardi Gras are on Bourbon Street where no parades pass, just thousands of revelers.

Some of the hotels on St. Charles Avenue (main parade route) offer balcony views, with various amenities. MG 2019 is still about a year out, so you will have to wait until Fall to see what they have to offer.

If you’re going for Mardi Gras you’re going to miss it, because it’s in February not Apirl. If you do plan on going in February I would start looking way before Fall. You should start looking now for the 2019 Mardi Gras.

The Celebrity cruise is in March, not April. And it will be in New Orleans on March 3,4 and 5th Mardi Gras Day.

Reserve rooms now.

I don't know of any place that rents out a balcony to a private group. I suppose for the right price you could. Even those that have balconies on St Charles Avenue charge a pretty penny just to get on the balcony much less reserve the whole thing.

Mardi Gras is February

Mardi Gras is February

First, Celebrity does not have an April 2019 cruise to New Orleans as the OP states. This is surely a typo. Celebrity Reflection is making Mardi Gras cruises to New Orleans in 2019 and 2020.

Mardi Gras is on March 5 in 2019 and on February 25 in 2020. In my posts I have been presuming that the OP was coming to New Orleans for Mardi Gras in March 2019.
