Couple of question from a new Disney cruiser

I have cruised on many cruise lines but this is my first Disney cruise. Excited but need a few questions answered. Hope someone can help. When can I do online check in? When can I book excursions? When I do book excursions do I pay for them when I book online or to they go on my onboard account? And the last question .I am cruising with a friend and we want our own onboard account. Is this possible to do ahead of arriving at the port.?

As a first time DCL cruiser your online check in/activities booking windows both open at 75 days out from your cruise.

Excursions are charged to your onboard account once the cruise begins.

When doing your online check in you can specify who will be responsible for each account. Each KTTW card can have it's own credit card assigned to it.
