Bermuda arrival on July 4th? Hours of operation?

We are considering a June 30th cruise next year to port in Bermuda with arrival on July 4th for our first full day. Curious if things will be open for this holiday, or will it be a bust our first day there? Anybody have any experience with this timeframe? Thanks!

We'll be leaving on July 3 at 2:00 this year. I will check around for you.

The 4th of July is not a holiday in Bermuda.

As has been said, should be no issue since July 4th is a US holiday, not celebrated in Bermuda.

Thanks for all the responses. Just wanted to verify before I booked the cruise and be disappointed, lol. The only other choices are April 2, (which I read would be to cool for water activities) and Sept-Oct (tried to do this in 2015 and hurricane rerouted us). Looks like June 30th might be the winner!

True, but I was there on July 4 one year, and everything was open as stated, but nevertheless about being on the other side, they did have fireworks at Elbow Beach.
