No, but if you exit the ship and go to the taxi area (can't miss it), ask them to take you to Blue Bay. It's fairly close and there are facilities to change, eat and for about $10 each, you get admission as well as a lounger and an umbrella. If you book through the ship to take you there, it is much more. We did this last year and it worked out perfectly. If you scuba dive, they do dives from there. Curacao doesn't have the long, beautiful beaches of say Aruba, but Blue Bay was very nice and great swimming. Enjoy.

Can’t remember exactly, but I don’t imagine it was very much. I know we ended up taking the taxi with another couple who were waiting for a taxi and that saved money. Probably only $10 or 15 per couple. You tell the taxi when to pick you up, as they aren’t allowed to just line up at this beach. It’s quite lovely and the lunch we bought there was very good and reasonable. Change rooms and showers are there as well.

It's a 30 min (1.5 mi) walk from the Mega Cruise Terminal to the Avila Beach Hotel.

They have 2 very nice, man-made lagoons with nice sand and decent snorkeling, both inside & outside of the breakwater.

It's about $10pp and includes loungers, umbrellas, showers & restrooms.

We were just there in July

and were told by a local,

that they had just opened

a new beach right by the

cruise port.

Most the ships dock along

The new docks down past

the old Fort.

We had docked in the river

before by the swinging bridge. I don't think they

do that any more.

It is somewhat of a walk into the city center.

Unfortunately, I did not

see where exactly the new

Beach is.

My son and family did go

to Blue beach.

It is nice, but quite a drive

and taxis are not cheap.

Hopefully, this new beach

will be a nice addition to

a already friendly port.
