rakesh Posted June 16, 2018 #1 Share Posted June 16, 2018 My father is on hemodialysis. He has travelled on several Caribbean and Alaska cruises with the dialysis on the sea program. Good, but expensive. He and our extended family will want to go on a North European cruise (Baltic Sea) - including Scandinavia and Russia (St. Petersburg). We understand that another company also offers dialysis - "dialysis while cruising". What do you think of the 2 options. From my research, the "dialysis on the sea" is better, but more expensive than "dialysis while cruising". Also, with "dialysis on the sea" - at least the dialysis treatments and his cabin have to be booked directly with the company (ie his booking could not be made with my travel agent), while a travel agent can make such bookings with "dialysis while cruising"?
