Late September - Explorer OTS - Astoria

Does anyone know if Explorer made it to Astoria this past September for the PC sailings? I was looking up things to do and read often that seas are rougher in late September and ships often miss it. I'm on a sailing next September and was just wondering if not, does it decide to go somewhere else? It would be a bit of a letdown, as there are only 2 other ports.

The Sept 15th one that I was on made it into Astoria.

Don't know about the one the following week.
