Bridgetown Barbados and Visitors

We will be in Barbados for two days/nights before embarking from Bridgetown on the Windsurf in a few weeks. As it turns out family members will also be in Barbados while we are there. They are wondering if it would be possible for them to visit the ship? We don't embark till midnight. Just wondering if anyone has ever had visitors join them on the ship.

Thanks for the response. I thought that would be the case. Having embarked from Barbados a number of times I remember how detailed it was to enter and exit. I felt obliged to ask even though I was fairly certain of the answer.

For security reasons, it is my understanding that visitors are not permitted on board.

Years ago, in the "Love Boat" era, Princess permitted visitors to use the bars and restaurants aboard ship while in port. That was a completely different era before mass market cruising took off. Come to think of it, the "Love Boat" is probably to blame.
