Wellness Package Shore Excursions?

I read one of the benefits of the wellness package is free shore excursions. What exactly are those excursions? Looking at a Cozumel, Grand Cayman, and Jamaica cruise.

I have called MSC a couple times asking and what I have gathered is they don't know what they are, you don't get to pick (it is assigned) and they couldn't tell me if my kids could do them or not.

I was told by the MSC call center they give you one of the more active excursions that are offered when in port. From my experience with the call center = they are probably making it up
