Very positive experience with RCI's Cruise Care insurance

I recently filed a claim for the "cancel for any reason" coverage. It was only one week from the file date until the resolution notification. Tho' the letter from Aon, the insurance company stated that 75% of the original fare would be offered as future cruise credit in a "few weeks", when I called to ask if they could be more specific, they were able to tell me the dollar amount and that it should already the available. So I called the RCI D desk, inquired if that amount showed as a credit, was advised it did and asked if I wanted to apply it immediately. Easy, peasy.
