You need to follow the exact instructions it says on the app for getting the credit within 30 days of booking. But does not need to be used within 30 days. I booked mine months ago for my feb cruise.

Thank you. I'm so glad I just happen to see other posts about people saying it has to be redeemed within 30 days of booking. Our 30 day is coming up and I totally mis read thinking you had to wait until you were within 30 days of your cruise. PHEW! I redeemed one last night but have to call the MSC Casino # today to make sure it's good. I'm hoping I can redeem others too, not the same coupon but I mean other ones listed. Do you think my husband will be able to redeem the $100 on board credit too if he has his own myvegas account or will they only allow 1 per cabin? It doesn't say it in the terms. I guess I"ll ask when I call. Wish me luck!

I saw they added my coupon but removed my 5% for being a loyalty member so now I have a balance owing of $25. You'd think that being a loyalty member would be a given and they should keep that 5% and give be the onboard as an extra. Doesn't make it worth while for any loyalty members to do myvegas if they take away your loyalty privileges right?

HELP! We booked direct with MSC on Jan 3rd. I just happened to look at the details of the myvegas reward for the $250 on board credit and well it says for yacht bookings only...boo on that one. But I'm reading on the $100 onboard credit and it says it must be redeemed within 30 days of a new cruise but it also says must be used within 30 days of purchase. Our cruise isn't until March 10th so we won't be using it for over 30 days. Or am I ok if I redeem it now and get it on the booking?

It just needs to be applied to your reservation within 30 days of booking your cruise...also needs to be eithin 14 days of claiming the reward.

Well I'm disappointed look at the email I just got:

"Unfortunately, MyVegas is for US market bookings only.* It looks as though your reservation was not booked through US market.* Thank you for your understanding.

If you would like to cancel your reward please follow the steps below:

1.) Go to your wallet in the rewards section by clicking on “My Purchases”

2.) Click the “Redemption Pending” tab and select the reward you would like to cancel

3.) Click on the “Cancel Reward” link above “Contact Number"

When unredeemed, your Loyalty Points will be refunded and the reward will show up under 'Refunded & Expired' in your 'My Purchases'. For rewards that offer a self-cancel option, you can cancel up to 5 rewards in 30 days.* "

I got a $100 OBC through Royal,My Vegas. We have not booked yet. I know I have 30 days to book. With all of the specials going on, how does this work? Will RCI honor the sales and add the OBC from My Vegas. Will we be losing more than what we are gaining, if we use the MyVegas reward? It would be great to have OBC, but I don't want to leave my friends high and dry,

If I was you if book first then email to claim your reward unless you've already contacted them. We booked then got our credit.

Yes book whatever you can find as the best deal and after you have your confirmation from RC then you forward the redemption from My Vegas to the Crown and Anchor email provided with your reward along with your booking #, name and contact info any they will apply the OBC. Both people in the room can redeem a voucher too if you both play.

It took about 4 days before they emailed me and said it was approved and added. Juat make sure you follow all the instructions.

Has anyone been rewarded with the free Carnival cruise and then been able to change to a different itinerary at a different port?

I am just seeing this, sorry it is late. I have changed cruise dates for the same itinerary with my cruise that I redeemed through MyVegas. I had already booked it and fully paid then found out my daughter's spring break was a different week. Carnival allowed me to change without any cost to me.

It took a couple of days for it to hit our account, and yes, you can use it ahead of time for cruise planner purchases.

Also, I note that it says 'subject to verification' - my Facebook name is not the same as my actual name, would this be a problem for this verification?

I have read through the T's and C's, It seems to me that you can not add the My Vegas OBC if you have already received a stateroom discount through yourCasino Royal booking. Anybody have any news otherwise?

You are correct - you cannot use My Vegas on a room booked through the casino, with a Casino rate, or one that has had a Casino certificate applied.

Did you send both voucher requests to RCL in single email or did you send them in two separate emails from the respective email accounts? About to try same and figured I'd do similarly to what you did to see if I get so lucky.
