Hi there,

Wife and I are off on our 1st cruise Monday around NZ on the Ovation and to say the wife is a tad excited is an understatement.

She desperately wanted to go to Wonderland dining experience, so I thought to book early on line.

Now when I booked I was charged $87 each and used the on board credit. When I looked today it can be booked for $61.

Hence the confusion...why the price drop ? can we asked to be refunded the difference ?

I this normal ? Similar with the drinks package, friends payed $5 a day less than us and now it's gone up even futher.

Not having a whinge, just don't fully understand the world of cruising yet

Thx in advance ;)

Not sure what cruise line you’re sailing but I know Carnival and it’s affiliates will refund the difference in onboard credit. This happened to us Several times and we called at each price drop and was given onboard credit. We ended up with $200 dollars and went to the Steakhouse several times
