Rarotonga, what are the chances of tendering in October?

We are looking at a Tahiti cruise that stops at Rarotonga. I have read that it is at times difficult to tender in. What would be the likelihood in October? How are the seas, I have at times weak sea legs. TIA

The HAL cruises that call at Rarotonga definitely list the port as TR (tender required).

Of course, 7 of 9 port calls on that itinerary are TR.

We were on PG Oct. 2017 and were able to tender into Rarotonga. Windy but we had a rental car and very much enjoyed our day.

However we unfortunately missed our scheduled Port stop in Aitutaki

Due to rough seas, were not able to tender in. [emoji57]
