Weekends in Bermuda

Our cruise will be at the Dockyard from Saturday afternoon until Sunday afternoon. I don't know what to expect, so I have some questions.

Is it worth the trip to take the ferry to Hamilton on Saturday afternoon? Are the stores and attractions in Hamilton open? If so, what time do they close?

Does the public transportation run on Sunday to Hamilton and/or Horseshoe Bay?

I'm assuming you'll be on GoS which arrives on Saturday at 2PM and departs Sunday at 3PM.

To expand on what Keith wrote, the stores will close in Hamilton at 5PM and are not open on Sunday, The public buses and ferries run on a reduced weekend schedule.

I've attached a copy of the Hamilton weekend ferry schedule:WeekendBlueRouteSchedule.jpg

Public buses on weekends run to Horseshoe Bay every 30 minutes but don't start as early or run as late as weekdays. Other options to get to the beach are taxis or mini-buses.
