Regarding reviews here

Many of us spend more time on the boards then reading the review section. Usually we post/submit for both. I think its helpful to people who are active on the board. For those who like to do research...there is an advantage that all the reviews for a specific ship are grouped together instead of bouncing through all the different threads on the Carnival forum. Additionally you get interactive exchanges and answers to your questions on this board as well as learning from past cruises and reading responses on various topics from everyone

As mentioned many of us put them in both places to enable people to ask questions etc. The multi-page, photo intensive reviews made over the course of many days don't work that well on the review section and a lot of people seem to like that style.
