Mike_DeA Posted August 10, 2018 #3 Share Posted August 10, 2018 NCL has Ultimate Texas Holdem (where you play against the house) on all their ships. As well as Texas Holdem where you play against other players ($2-5 no limit).

tempus137 Posted August 12, 2018 #6 Share Posted August 12, 2018 So Bliss has a poker room or just 1 poker table in the casino? Just 1 table. But for tournaments, they will use blackjack tables for the opening rounds. There is no separate poker room.

rascalchu Posted August 14, 2018 #12 Share Posted August 14, 2018 craps table has always been $5 on Bliss as far as i've heard. I'll know for sure next week. On the June 9-16 Bliss cruise, first two nights were $25 min. After the first two nights, it was $10 min. I didn't see a $5 min, maybe it depends on the cruise and the demand. There is no separate poker room. Is it an electronic PokerPro table or is it an actual person dealing?

Mike_DeA Posted August 16, 2018 #15 Share Posted August 16, 2018 I'll copy my reply from a different thread: All NCL ships have live dealer/cards. The game is $2-5 no limit holdem. Rake is 10% up to $25 per pot. Buy-in is $100-$500. Several tournaments are run during the week. One type is $100 satellite to the annual Poker Challenge, the other is an $80 cash tournament. House rake is 25% on the tournaments.
Rare Georgia_Peaches Posted August 16, 2018 #16 Share Posted August 16, 2018 They are there to take your $$$$$. When I go to a movie, I find that they are there to take my money. When I play golf, I find that they too, are there to take my money. When I go dress shopping with the girls, guess what? They are there to take my money. I find that most forms of for fee entertainment venues are just there to take my money...doesn't change the fact that I enjoy it. A casino is no different, in my view, of an entertainment venue...and sometimes, I win a little bit. ;p
