We did the Antarctica Cruise with South Georgia Island a couple of years ago and it was amazing. And it is also on an O class ship - Quest. It is the only ship at present that has a reinforced hull and thus suitable for that environment, So again sorry to be the bearer of bad news, no sushi unless at some point in the future they decide to reinforce the Encore or Ovation.

Or perhaps when the 'new' new ships are built, maybe SB will have a sushi bar on them? Or they could be too small for more dining options

I think max size ship (pax numbers) for Antarctica landings is 500.
