flying in and out of LaGuardia and planning on staying on Broadway. Can anyone tell me how far it is fromBroadway to Bayonne cruise terminal?

You can get service at the port.

What I would suggest is that before you start the embarkation process (assuming you arrive before 11 am), you find the Taxi Dispatcher (facing the terminal entrance these folks are to the left at the customs exit or beyond near the parking garage) and ask about the cost of services to various destinations.
