Whale watching tour - Cabo or PV (February)

Definitely Cabo and don't let the Zodiac scare you for your father.

We did it and my husband (70) is less than nimble. The Zodiac has three seats in the back. (I had taken it previously without my husband and knew this.) When we took it a year ago, I just approached the lady gathering us together and mentioned my husband needed a seat. He was first on board with very helpful hands getting him settled.

He loved the excursion!

We've done both Cabo and PV at that time of year (days apart), and I agree, definitely Cabo.

If you are looking for a private tour operator, I highly recommend Whale Watch Cabo. They were terrific and we had a fabulous morning with them.

I'd also suggest a panga boat -- small and nimble like a zodiac (which I've been on), but, at least with Whale Watch Cabo, they have a cover (unlike zodiacs), which was very welcome in the sun. I think they'd also be more comfortable for your father.
