Olympia tips please

I will be on the Olympia in a few weeks with a group of my high school students? Are there any tips suggestions that would be helpful? Packing items needed (beach towels? water bottles?)

Dress codes for dining rooms?

I may need to communicate with my large group of 21 people. Are their phones that call between rooms or an App that works onboard to communicate. I was recently on a Disney Cruise where people used magnetic dry erase boards on the outside of their metal doors to leave each other notes. Would that be possible/allowed to do on the Olympia?

I noticed many of the ports are later in the day 4-10pm. Does it stay late for a long time or will the beach trips be worth if if they are that late in the day?

Just anything to give me more ideas about the cruise would be greatly appreciated.
