Drift Snorkel on Klein Bonaire

For those of you who have done this, how long of a walk is it to get down the beach to where you can cut across the coal reef to start your drift snorkel?

And approx. How long did it take to drift back to the beginning?

My hubby and I love snorkeling, but I have mobility issues and long walks can be difficult. Looking to find out how big of an undertaking that walk is. Thanks.

I just read that it is 1/4 to 1/2 mile to the break in the reef. Its on one post in this board.
