Total water sports packages: are they worth it?

our cruise is stopping at Nassau for a day (8am-5pm). I found in the internet a total water sport package from Paradise ocean sports that includes Boat Ride, Snorkeling, Lunch, Jet Ski Ride, Parasailing, and Banana Ride for $150/pp. Does anyone have previous experience with such total water sports packages and/or with that company? It seems like a good sampler of water sports for a family with young adults but I will appreciate feedback. Thank you!
