Solarium for suite guests only?

This says China based ships are restricting access to certain "class" of passengers.

 

All other ships just restrict access based on age. Not a big change.

 

unfortunately this is becoming true on some Royal Caribbean ships. RC has started to announce this on their own website.

Hopefully they will change their mind. To reserve this area of the ship for a fraction of the vacationers is not good.

Let me clarify...

 

On the Australian site, only Quantum has restricted access

On the international site, Quantum and Ovation are both restricted

 

https://www.royalcaribbean.com/cruise-activities/solarium

 

So, I guess it depends on where your cruise is considered to be operating.
