Visa for Oman and Jordan

hi! I am going on a cruise with my partner in November. It stops in Oman and Jordan. I have read a lot that the cruise line takes care of all of that for us, but I wanted to see if anyone had any experience. I have a US passport and my partner has an Indian passport. Any help would be greatly appreciated!:)

We did not need a visa for Oman (US passport), haven't been to Jordan. Indian passport holder may be a completely different story. Check Oman's and Jordan's embassies website.

Ships sometimes take care of visas but not always.

I have UK & Canadian passports & DW Canadian. No Visa was required for any trips to Oman and in Jordan we received a Visa in our passports on arrival at the port. The shipboard account was charged with the requisite fee.
