It's easy to rent a jeep or small car and drive around the island - you can stop at any of the beaches (either beach clubs or just little restaurants, or even beaches that are deserted) all around the island then stop in town for some shopping and eating. The island is tiny, so you're not going to go far or get lost!

What to do in Cozumel besides an excursion? Not looking to go far from the cruise ship.

We love the Money Bar. It’s a short cab ride ($ 10- $ 12) From the International Pier, has good food and drinks, good snorkeling and tables or loungers in the sun or shade. There is no entry fee, but you should buy drinks or food.
