Mt Etna tour

We will be arriving in Messina on 9/19 with a scheduled docked time of 11A - 8P. I’d really like to do a private, or very small group, trip to the summit of Mt Etna but not finding a lot of your providers.

We are, of course, not opposed to other stops. Suggestions welcome.

We used Etna Finder for a private tour to the summit (as far as they would allow us due to eruptions). It was fantastic! It looks like the moon up there and you are literally in the clouds. We got to walk on three week old lava beds. We did the Etna 3000 Meter half day tour.

We just came back from a Mt. Etna excursion. We used Journeys of Sicily with Salvo and it was AMAZING!! It was a private tour...me, my husband and Salvo in his Mercedes. He was a great guide and we got to see a lot, complete with a wine tasting in Zafferana, which was fantastic!! I put a full review on TripAdvisor for more details.
