We are a family of 4. Son is 21, daughter is 13. We will be in Cozumel July 4 :-). All 3 of these options are recommended on here, so I'm overwhelmed! We like to casually snorkel, so seeing water creatures is a must! We aren't really drinkers, but a frozen fruity beverage is welcomed on a hot sunny day. haha. We also enjoy seeing sights and learning about the culture of the ports. Any suggestions on which one is a good fit for us??

All three are very different. There are plenty of reviews on here for all three, suggest you take your time reading them and determine what is most important.

Sounds like Chankanaab may fit best but it comes with $20 entrance fee, then PAYG food and drinks.

Suggest you search for “Mitsugirly” - she has photo reviews of all three that may help, although some are quite old now.

Thanks! I’ll look that up now.

No water toys, music or good snorkeling from the shore at Nachi - your kids will be bored.

Sanchos is good if you want AI (food/drinks) and offers water toys and lots of other fun stuff for your to kids. No good snorkeling from the shore, but they do offer a snorkel tour for about $30+ each

Chank ($20 per adult admission) does offer what you want - small beach, small pool, separate snorkel area, dolphin and sea lion shows, nature walks, etc. Taxi each way should be about $12+ for all 4 of you sharing a cab.
