We had some vouchers for free drinks, a free photo voucher, access to the thermal suite, and a logo item (a blue baseball cap with the MSC logo). And as mentioned above, an additional 5% off an already low cruise fare. And that was in addition to a kids sail free promo as well as a balcony two guests for the price of one promo that MSC had going at the time we booked that cruise

But unfortunately not all bookings get 5%.

No, the list above only shows you the Gold benefits, it does not show you the rest of the benefits the black status gets you. Here is a link to the benefits.

It is right on there web site.

But msc Mobil website is not very good for navigating their site...needs alot of improvement!

Yes, absolutely. As I did not get the 5% for 2 of our last 3 cruises.

Like so often with MSC things are not very consistent, Smart Deals, Holiday Breaks and Last Minute offers are SOMETIMES excluded, sometines not. Note that all this offers probably have different names in different markets and are not offered in all markets.
