Romantica zone in pv

Is the romantica zone in PV a beach area with beach bars on the sand and swimming in the ocean. Kind of like Mendano beach in Cabo? I have only walked off the ship and found my way down to a beach area near the cruise terminal and one other time took a cab to the malecon. I wanted to do something I have not done before. Any information would be helpful. The very first time I is was in PV, my husband and I rented a atv(side by side)right at the pier and drove all the way down to Mismoyla. It was the absolute best time. I am not sure if anyone still rents these things at the pier anymore.

Yes, lots to do and lots to eat/drink! You can also go to Los Muertos beach, has everything you mentioned above. Does get crowded though during the summer.
