Day Pass

Hello all

I have a weird request... I am getting my doctorate and just found out I have a midterm due during our trip. I need a reasonably quick internet connection for at least 2hours. I was wondering if there may be a day pass at a hotel or all inclusive club that would allow my husband to relax and me to connect to my stats class...

Thanks!

Both margaritaville and Froots at the port have wifi. As does Jack's Shack. Can't opine on how fast the service is though. I'd say sitting inside Froots at a small table would be less noisy than either of the other too. The public library in Cockburntown has internet service. Verizon, Sprint, AT&T have celluar and data services on the island. You might be able to use a mifi, if you have one. Check with your provider.

Oh my goodness, I feel you pain!!! The easiest thing to do is to see what your phone company offers for that island. If they have reasonable speed, just pay the $5-$10 for the day that most companies offer. I have TMobile and it has usually been LTE and free for me. Don't trust a place like Margaritaville, where there will be a ton of people on the Wi-Fi. Maybe look into an Airbnb on the beach for the day. Then you can kill two birds with one stone.

I've done tests online via ship WiFi, so I understand!
