We really enjoyed the cruises we did where Clayton Lyndsey was the Cruise Director. Such enthusiasm! He has left DCL to join a retirement community company as their VP of Entertainment and Programming. He will be missed.

Clayton was our CD on the eastbound Transatlantic in '15. We had several conversations with him over the 14 days, and when he learned that it was our 50th wedding anniversary he sent a wonderful tray of goodies to our stateroom with a very nice note. His departure means DCL has lost two of our favorite CDs - Clayton and Brent Davies. :(

Brent became general manager of California Adventure park at Disneyland.

Clayton is a good guy. However, the life at sea is hard on families, etc. There are a lot of reasons that people get to high positions and then decide to move on--some to other Disney positions, others to shoreside jobs with a different company.
