Halloween on the High Seas - do many adults dress up?

Going on a 2-night Halloween cruise from San Diego and I believe one of the nights is designated as a Halloween night. Do many grown-ups bring costumes or is it mainly the kids dressing up? Will we be in the minority if we don't wear costumes?

Some adults wear costumes. Some don't. You'll see adults as well as kids in costume. It's entirely your call if you wear costumes or not. You won't be in the minority either way.

We are going on the 2-night San Diego cruise with our kids and grands. Excited! Just wondering, though, with only two nights and one night being the Halloween party, is there also a Pirate Night?

Thank you in advance.

The Halloween activities are during the daytime, Pirate activities at night.
