Uber / Lyft / Dial 7 from Cape Liberty to NY

Hi everyone! These boards are full of such useful info. You have all been such a huge help planning my family’s upcoming cruise on Anthem of the Seas this Spring. We have taken multiple cruises out of the Manhattan terminal, but this will be our first one from NJ. My parents and I have a couple questions.

Is there a designated area for passenger pickup at Cape Liberty if we want to take an Uber / Lyft / Dial 7 home to Long Island, NY? We plan to carry our luggage off the Anthem on a Saturday morning. We are early birds and hope to be among the first batch of passengers off the ship.

If we decide to go with Dial 7, do you recommend prebooking the car service a day or so in advance or wait until we get off the ship that morning?

Yes, come outside the terminal and turn right, pick up area posts 8.9 and 10. Also, if you pre book Dial 7 and are late there will be a waiting charge
