Travel time from JFK to Manhatten Cruise Terminal

Looking for a estimation of the travel time from JFK to Manhatten Cruise Terminal using a Cab on Saturday October 20, 2018.

We are arriving on a Jet Blue red eye flight from California at 8:15am on 10/20. I'm thinking it will take about an hour to get luggage and out to curbside?

Earlier this year it took 90 mins from lga which is much closer , this was due to rain and heavy traffic but normally under a hour.
