Cruise Critic Switching Over To New Boards. Read only starting Oct 10

Evidently there’s a sticky which I can’t see because I use my phone. lol. I know there is a thread about it on the River Cruise Board. My basic reason for this warning is hurry up and ask your Q’s because we don’t know how long the changeover will take. Also, there will no longer be a CC app! Maybe someone who uses a regular computer can look and post the links.

Can anyone answer if there will be any app access? I don’t find even going through mobile websites forums very user friendly... much prefer an app!

As of now, they are stating the new website will not support the app. I don’t know what they were thinking. It’s the year 2018.

The “read only” in fact starts on Oct. 9; the mods had a typo in the thread title, but the post itself was clear. So — for some temporary period starting at 7:30am ET on Tuesday— CC will be read only. Keeping my fingers crossed on the transition!
