sollan Posted March 14, 2014 #1 Share Posted March 14, 2014 (edited) IF there are others "out there" that are having problems with My Celebrity and online check in I want to share some tips: I have spoken to a Celebrity rep that has informed me that Celebrity are having problems with this. It's NOT happening to everybody and they have had this problem for a couple of weeks. You will know that you have the problem if you log in to your celebrity account and try to check in or/and can't open it. You will get a maintance message. Log out (you will probably see that the "http://secure..." adress remains in the adressfield. Wait for a while. If you go straight away to the next step you will get a message that tells you that something is going on and that you have to get back later. Could be wise to close down your browser first. Then go to "Already booked" and "Manage my reservation". Log in that way and do the check in. I have also noticed that the problem are growing, two days ago I could wiev my reservation(s) on "My Celebrity" but that has also stopped working now.
