Anyone do Cruise West's British Columbia?

I just received the Cruise West brochure for 2010, and the British Columbia cruise has caught our interest. Has anyone here done that cruise? If so, what can you share about it.

 

We have cruised the Inside Passage to and from Alaska on HAL, but a much much smaller ship sounds wonderful.

 

Any info would be gratefully appreciated!

I was interested in this cruise line, but googled it and checked with BBB and found a lot of negative comments.We did British Columbia on our own and found it very easy and wonderful to navigate.It actually cost of less to do it this way than ships prices.Just a hint......;)
