FREEDOM-Earliest to board?

We're going on the Freedom, Eastern Caribbean Oct. 18. Can't wait! What's the earliest to board. Our docs say 1:30, but the ship departs at 4:30pm. Doesn't that seem late? I was hoping for something like after 11:00 am?

We got to the dock at aroun noon and got into the check in lines. We were on the ship around 45 mins later.

We arrived shortly after 11 to no crowds and had lunch in the WJ before noon. :D

We always arrive around 10:30 or so and board sortly thereafter.
